Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. weekdays; 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 pm weekends & holidays
Opens : year round
Facilities include three lighted tennis courts.
Tennis Round Robins are scheduled every Tuesday and Thursday evening at 6:00 p.m. from April through October, for residents only. The tennis pro will handicap and keep play continuous. Lessons may be arranged with our Tennis Professional. Please contact the Management Office for more information.
A Brook House Tennis Ladder has been organized by resident Steve Holt [ email: steve.holt@olin.edu ]. If you are interested to participate and play with other Brook House residents, please email Steve for details and refer to the Ladder Rules below.
Brook House Tennis Ladder Rules
1- You can challenge up to 3 spots ahead of you (when you first enter the ladder, you have three free challenges, i.e., you can challenge anybody)
2- Challenger must provide a new can of balls
3- Challenges must be accepted (match arranged, if not conducted) within one week or forfeited
4- Matches are best 2 sets out of 3, with 6-6 sets determined by first-to-7 (win-by-2) tiebreaker
5- Suspended matches must be completed within one week or forfeited
6- Ladder matches do NOT supersede court reservation rules
7- Winner sends results to steve.holt@olin.edu
8- Weekly ladder standings distributed through the Brook House website eMail Bulletins
